A group training session in which a coach gives instructions for the exercises to be performed during the 30 to 60 minutes of the class. It's a fun moment where the collective energy amplifies that of the individual participant. Dynamic and fun, the exercises can be performed by all participants simultaneously or distributed by individual stations or pairs.
Our 700 m2 gym features several training zones, each dedicated to a specific activity: cardio-training and body-building areas, equipped with a wide choice of Technogym brand machines, and a fitness room for a variety of group classes and private coaching. This equipment enables you to design individualized sports programs with your coaches. Your training data is collected by the Technogym application. This means you can monitor your performance and progress independently and in a fun way, for added convenience. All you have to do is switch from one exercise to another to complete your session!
