Our menu presents a selection of carefully prepared dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Choose from various options: dish of the day, main course, appetizer, and dessert, main course and appetizer, or dessert.

To welcome the return of sunny days, Chef Fabien Foare has crafted a spring menu that highlights the finest seasonal vegetables.
Discover the world of Swiss wines through the Osiris Evenings, an invitation to explore the richness and authenticity of regional terroirs. Designed for lovers of fine discoveries, these tastings reveal the unique and sometimes unexpected character of the finest local vintages. Each evening highlights a specific grape variety, presented in multiple expressions carefully selected by Sébastien Lacroix, sommelier at the Brasserie du Millennium.
To enhance the selected wines, Chef Fabien Foare crafts a four-course menu (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert), designed as a true symphony of flavors. Each pairing is carefully composed to bring out the depth of aromas and the uniqueness of the featured grape varieties. Throughout these gastronomic experiences, Sébastien Lacroix will guide you, sharing his passion and expertise through anecdotes and pairing advice.
Held four times a year, these exclusive evenings offer exceptional pairings in the elegant and welcoming setting of the Brasserie Millennium. Open to both curious enthusiasts and seasoned wine lovers seeking new sensory experiences, they provide a unique opportunity to celebrate the terroir and share a deep appreciation for wine.

Adjacent to the Brasserie, the elegant Wine Cellar offers a selection of several hundred exceptional wines. From vintage cuvées to rare gems from passionate small producers, our collection will tantalize your taste buds. You have the option to enjoy these exceptional wines by the glass, self-service, or during guided tastings. This space can also be reserved for private or corporate events.
