For its second wine tasting evening, Brasserie Millennium invites you to embark on a gustatory journey through the magnificent Alpilles mountain range located in the south of France on Wednesday, June 7th at 7pm.
On this occasion, we will take you to discover several carefully selected wines from the Eole estate, a true viticultural gem of this sunny and Mistral-swept high-altitude terroir under the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation. The estate’s wines stand out for their minerality and subtle aromatic complexity. Accompanied by culinary creations imagined by our Chef Fabien Foare, these wines will be highlighted in exceptional food and wine pairings, offering you a unique experience.
Our Chef and the winemaker Christian Raimont, responsible for the Eole estate, are delighted to welcome you and share this gastronomic experience with you.
The evening will begin at 7pm at the Millennium art gallery with a wine tasting presented by the winemaker, followed by the meal at the Brasserie at 8pm.
